*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2 night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times.***


OVERVIEW
Situated at the top of Pine Hills and conveniently located, Let's Get Toasted! is a spectacular luxury retreat! The property features everything from a full kitchen, massive stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and bunk room… to an amazing deck with wooded views. In addition, services like a private chef, masseuse, or housekeeping can be added. And that's not to mention the luxury details such as fine linens and in-home entertainment. Experience all Hochatown has to offer in this immaculate cabin that sleeps 20!

Let's Get Toasted! is convenient to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown area attractions, restaurants and shopping. As you enter the warm, fully furnished cabin, on the main level you'll find an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace. The lodge room showcases a 2-story vaulted ceiling and features a mix of modern and rustic décor. Seating includes two (2) leather sofas and two (2) chairs. The dining room features seating for 14 between the dining table and granite island. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you'll need to make your favorite meals. In addition, the kitchen offers a butler's pantry that holds a coffee bar and an extra full-size fridge. Around the corner is the laundry complete with two (2) washers and dryers.

Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the lodge room guests will enjoy 2 additional queen suites, each with a private bath and tub/shower combo.

Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing on the deck. The outside living provides seating, dining areas, a hot tub for 7, and propane grill. Down the stairs you'll find a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an amazing playground!

Back inside on the second level there's a loft off the stairs that features a queen sleeper sofa, TV, pool table, shuffleboard, and pub table. Off the game room, you'll have access to a TV room with another queen sofa sleeper enclosed by double barn doors.

Upstairs guests will find a well-appointed king bedroom with its own private bath with walk-in shower, luxury mattresses, and TV. To the other side of the loft, guests will find the bunk room complete with 2 full over queen bunks to accommodate a total of 8 guests. The bunk room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin features 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full over queen bunk beds, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. It has 5 baths and comfortably sleeps 20 guests in beds. All bedrooms have private or semi-private bathrooms and beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The cabin is positioned on 1+ wooded acres in the Pine Hills North addition. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it's also conveniently located near some of Hochatown's most sought-after amenities:
• 9 miles from the north State Park entrance
• 2-5 miles from great restaurants including Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster and Girls Gone Wine
• 8 miles from the Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream and Hochatown Escape Games
• 5 miles from Cedar Creek Golf Course and Beavers Bend Marina at Broken Bow Lake

The cabin is located an approximately 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip

POLICIES
Maximum Occupancy: 20 Adults & children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back stairs cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

No Pets | No Smoking or Vaping of any kind | No Fireworks Permitted | No Parties | No loud music after 10:30 PM

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

A $700 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload your license.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay.

All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they're cleaned. Please keep the cover on the hot tub until you are ready to use it so it heats faster.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.
